I’m Eric Beck, MD. I’m an outdoor enthusiast, adventurer, health and fitness expert…. and I’m a Baby Boomer. Yes, a Boomer, and that means several things. First, I’m part of a large generation that came of age in the ’60s and ’70’s. Second, we’re an active generation – we were born on the move. And third, we’re all getting older. It’s the getting older part that motivates Becks World.
Because we’re getting older, we need to revert, if you’ve not already, to some of our youthful on-the-move attitudes. And, again, that’s what Becks World, my world, is all about – active, healthy, fun and safe aging.
